We are looking for multiple volunteers to research, organize, and keep current all the resources available for new and expectant parents navigating a Trisomy diagnosis. This includes trusted websites, medical guides, SOFT-produced materials, and anything else that helps a family feel informed and supported from day one.

What you will do

  • Search for and compile up-to-date resources across the web related to Trisomy 18, 13, 9, and related conditions
  • Review and organize existing SOFT guides and materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Flag outdated or inaccurate information and suggest replacements
  • Maintain a living resource library that the SOFT team can reference and share with families
  • Collaborate with SOFT staff to identify gaps in what is currently available

What we are looking for

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable evaluating the quality and credibility of online resources
  • Lived experience with Trisomy is welcome but not required
  • Healthcare, library science, or research background is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently on a flexible schedule
