After weeks of creative suggestions and enthusiastic voting, we’re thrilled to announce that The SOFT Journey has been chosen as the official name of SOFT’s monthly newsletter!
This name beautifully reflects the path we all walk together — families, caregivers, medical professionals, and advocates — supporting one another through every step of the Trisomy experience.
