To support your Trisomy Awareness efforts SOFT has created some fun and impactful awareness products for you to share with your medical professionals and in your local community.
ABOUT TAM
The SOFT community proudly recognizes March as Trisomy Awareness Month. March is the 3rd month of the year so it seems fitting that it would be the month chosen to bring awareness and education to Trisomy conditions, celebrate our children who are beating the odds and remember our sweet Angels who left us far too soon.
Our message during Trisomy Awareness Month transcends the medical aspects of Trisomy. We strive to illuminate the deep emotional connection families share with their children, celebrating their lives and acknowledging the enduring love and profound loss experienced.
To help families create awareness, SOFT has designed some items to help you. Reach out to your medical professionals, schools and communities to educate them that your child is not just a condition or a label; your child is loved and valued and deserving of respect.
