Submit Your Child's Story

This form is for submitting your SOFT Child/Adult's story for publication on the SOFT website and shared on SOFT Social Media. Your story should be 1000 words or less. We suggest an overview of your child's story which can include your prenatal experience, birth story, early days/years with your child. and your child's current status. You may include a link to your blog or child's Facebook page to be included with your story. We will not accept a story that is just a link to your blog or other page. Please be aware that your story will be reviewed and my be edited before it is posted. Over time you will be invited to share other more specific parts of your Trisomy journey. We will share a link to submit these additional stories once we have our story library transferred to the updated website. Each submission will require a separate form and should include 1 - 3 photos to be included with your story. Follow the prompts to upload up to 3 photos for your story. Please have highest possible quality digital files available and ready to submit. Stories will be accepted only from registered SOFT members. If you are not yet a registered member of SOFT please go to https://trisomy.org/register/ to register and then return here to submit your story. To protect your privacy we will publish only your child's last name only with your permission. Otherwise we will use your child's first name and last initial.
