For 40 years, SOFT has walked alongside families whose children face life-limiting medical challenges. Our annual SOFT Family Conference is the longest-running national gathering dedicated to Trisomy 18, Trisomy 13, and related rare diagnoses — providing education, medical workshops, bereavement resources, and hope.
