Jacob Schneck, Jr., Partial Trisomy 16p13.3 with Plagiocephaly, 10/5/2011, Gulf Shores, AL

Jacob Jr. was born at 35+5 weeks, weighed 5lbs, 12oz. He had ASD, VSD, and PDA, but they closed on their own. He had a left clubfoot (repaired), has a partial soft cleft palate. He’s had a Nissen Fundoplication due to his severe GERD, a G-Tube, Laryngomalacia Lasering surgery b/c he used to have a 24/7 ‘squeak’. He is Globally Developmentally Delayed, he will be 2 in October, but is mentally 0-4 months. He only says one word, momma! He takes nothing by mouth. He has Generalized Myoclonic, Tonic-Clonic seizures, and Infantile Spasms, is on medications for those, and his formula is specially formulated to help control his seizures and IS. He has Neurological Visual Impairment, and we’re not sure of what he can hear. He is highly allergic to milk protein, and has severe Hypotonia. He is the love of my life, and my whole world!
