Just Wish Grant Application

The Just Wish Grant, formerly known as Joey Watson Fund, was established to assist families who cannot fully afford to attend the conference. The fund helps primarily by providing conference registration expense assistance and occasionally hotel nights when available funds permit.

Applicants are expected to have requested assistance from local civic clubs, their preferred religious institution or other sources before applying to The Just Wish Grant. Applications will be reviewed after the closing date of this form and you will be notified of the decision. If you have any questions please contact us using the contact form on the website.

Qualifications to Apply
1. Must be a current member of SOFT. You can check your registration status here: https://trisomy.org/member-home/
2. Must be personally affected by or have a family member who is affected by a trisomy condition.
3. Application must be received by SOFT by the May 25th, 2025 deadline, for review by designated SOFT committee members.
4. Must be attending the full SOFT conference.
