To honor our SOFT Trisomy Angels, we will hold our 2nd annual Trisomy Awareness Month “Remembering our Angels” Candle lighting event on Saturday March 6, 2021 at 9pm ET.

Whether you hold your child in your heart or in your arms, we invite all of our SOFT families to join us for this heartfelt event. Everyone should be prepared with a candle and something to light it with. (Yes, it can be a battery operated candle!)

Help us surround our Angel families with love and light and let them know that their precious Angels will always be remembered by their SOFT family.

We will first invite our Angel parents to share their child’s name and light a candle in their memory. After all of our Angel parents have shared, we will ask everyone else to collectively light a candle in memory of all of our precious children who have gone too soon.

If you plan to attend we ask that you register to reserve your spot as space is limited.
