A Celebration of Families and Hope

The SOFT Conference (Support Organization for Trisomy) is a unique annual event that brings together families affected by Trisomy 18 (Edwards Syndrome), Trisomy 13 (Patau Syndrome), Trisomy 9, and other related disorders. The conference is a place where families find support, share their children’s stories, honor our Angels, and connect with medical professionals who care deeply about our community.

Highlights from the 2025 SOFT Conference

Ice Cream Social – Families reconnected and welcomed new friends in a casual, joy-filled setting.
Welcome Dinner – A chance to meet, laugh, and share stories at the start of the week.
Game Night – Families gathered for an evening of fun and lighthearted competition.
Sibling Outing – A special day designed for siblings to connect, share, and enjoy time together.
Medical Clinics – Families met with doctors and specialists to gain insight and guidance on caring for children with Trisomy 13, Trisomy 18, and Trisomy 9.
Angel Ceremony & Picnic – A tender and heartfelt remembrance as we honor our Angels, whose lives continue to inspire and guide us.
Auction Night – A lively evening of fundraising and community spirit.
Heartfelt Goodbyes – Closing moments that reminded us of the lasting friendships and bonds that make SOFT unique.
