What is something unique and special about your child with trisomy that you wish more people knew?
She has a mind of her own. Determination at HER own pace. And not a single person can predict what her future holds, because she has proved them all wrong from day 1.
Why do you believe raising awareness about trisomy conditions is important, and how can others make a difference?
There is WAY more to Trisomy then what is on the internet. It can be such a beautiful journey. And every person with this diagnosis, doesn’t mean they have a shadow over them. It simply means they are uniquely and beautifully made.
During Trisomy Awareness Month, what message would you like to share with the world about your family’s journey and the trisomy community?
It is not the journey we asked for in our lives, but boy, do we have the greatest tour guides!
