What is something unique and special about your child with trisomy that you wish more people knew?

He is full of life, an energizer bunny. Sitting and moving about on his own. He is unstoppable.

Why do you believe raising awareness about trisomy conditions is important, and how can others make a difference?

This is important as we see completely different outcomes from what literature was and is saying. Its a diagnosis yes, but the fact they are able to breathe, says it all. They are unique and special.

During Trisomy Awareness Month, what message would you like to share with the world about your family’s journey and the trisomy community?

It’s been challenging but with it. We were given a blessing from God and should appreciate and love like no other.
