We are so excited to gather in Loveland, Colorado for the SOFT 40th Annual Conference 2026! To make our celebrations and memorial ceremonies as meaningful as possible, we need your help. There are four separate photo requests below, each for a different part of the conference experience. Please read carefully and use the correct link for each one.

You do not need to be attending the conference to participate in several of these requests. Every photo submitted helps us honor our children and strengthen our SOFT community.

SOFT Friends Video

The "SOFT Friends Video" in honor of Kari Deann Holladay is one of the most beloved traditions at every SOFT Conference. This special presentation honors all of our children through pictures and music, and everyone is invited to participate.

You do not need to be attending conference to submit. Please submit two photos of your child using the link below.

If you are a SOFT family attending the conference with your SOFT child, please submit a photo of your child for the display at the Welcome Dinner. This celebration highlights the living children who fill our community with joy and inspiration.

Memorial Celebrations

Honor your SOFT Angel at the 2026 Conference in Loveland, Colorado. You do not need to be attending for your child to be remembered during our memorial celebrations.

Two ceremonies will honor our angels: "Remembering our Angels" at the Thursday night Welcome Dinner and the "Angel Celebration" at the Saturday Picnic. Please submit one photo of your SOFT Angel. If you do not have a photo you are comfortable sharing, you may submit an image that reminds you of your child, or we will provide one.

Important registration step: To register your SOFT Angel for the Memorial Celebration, please visit trisomy.org/conference-2 and click the Registration button. On the form click Next in the lower right, select "Include SOFT Angel in Memorial Celebration," and complete the registration. A confirmation email with photo submission details will be sent, or you can click the button below to submit photos directly. Photo submissions must be accompanied by a completed registration.
