What is something unique and special about your child with trisomy that you wish more people knew?
Every case is different, we should give all kids a chance.
Why do you believe raising awareness about trisomy conditions is important, and how can others make a difference?
Unfortunately a lot of people with trisomy condition are discriminated and they don’t give parents hope or a chance. Most doctors told me he wouldnt make it, or he would have a lot of health issues, but my son’s only issue has been breathing on his own, he was born premature and that could have been the cause, now he doesn’t need oxygen anymore and Dr. Is planning to get him off the vent
During Trisomy Awareness Month, what message would you like to share with the world about your family’s journey and the trisomy community?
We have seen so many miracles in my boy’s life, the journey has been very rocky, but I see the fruits of our faith, we fought so hard to bring him home, now he is home, improving day by day, the doctors are shocked at his recovery and how much he has grown.
